Exante.ai and Xebic recently completed a successful collaboration, resulting in the development of an innovative microservice that implements a machine learning model. This collaboration focused on creating opportunities in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, with a twofold goal: training Xebic’s staff within the AI domain, and exploring and assessing ideas for possible applications.
The collaboration consisted of two phases:
Phase 1 – Ideate phase: Xebic went through a thorough Collect & Prioritize phase, followed by a Refine & Validate phase. Various techniques and tools were used, such as desk research, the diamond model, the idea template and the action-priority matrix. This phase surfaced the top priorities.

Phase 2 – Implementation: This phase focused on developing the AI solutions that emerged from the priorities of the Ideate phase. The concrete requirements of the AI solutions were researched, taking into account integration with Xebic’s other products.
